Part 1: Before You Begin Please select the payment amount that corresponds with the total value of your claim. Each fee is charged per party.

  • $200 per party for claims under $4,000

  • $350 per party for claims between $4,000 and $8,999

  • $500 per party for claims of $9,000 or more, or claims for specific performance
