Minna J. Allison, Esq., Pennsylvania real estate mediator and arbitrator with REMS

Minna J. Allison, Esq.

Mediator & Arbitrator

Minna Allison began her career as a civil defense attorney at Liberty Mutual, representing insureds in negligence, products liability, workers' compensation, and premises liability cases. She knows how litigation unfolds from the defense side and what it takes to move a case toward a different outcome.

Over the past 30 years, she has built one of the most extensive arbitration records on the REMS bench, serving as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas across Philadelphia, Washington, and Allegheny Counties. She is a court-appointed mediator in Washington County and holds the relatively rare designation of court-appointed mini-jury master: trusted by the court to manage the jury selection process in complex civil matters.

Minna is also a pro bono volunteer mediator with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and an active member of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania and the Washington County Bar Association.

Minna's Philosophy

A Practical Path Through Real Estate Conflict

❝ I find it deeply fulfilling to apply mediation skills to help parties move past conflict. In the real estate sector, mediation offers a powerful way to work through a dispute in a timely and cost-effective manner, without leaving the outcome to chance. REMS was built on legal expertise and skilled conflict resolution, and I am grateful to work alongside two of the most respected mediators in Pennsylvania.❞

When a Real Estate Dispute Needs Mediation, The Mediator Matters.

Real Estate Mediation Service handles only real estate cases. That focus means our mediators have seen more real estate disputes, failure to disclose claims, and hand money conflicts, than almost anyone practicing in Pennsylvania.
