When a Real Estate Dispute Needs Mediation, The Mediator Matters.

Real Estate Mediation Service handles only real estate cases. That focus means our mediators have seen more real estate disputes, failure to disclose claims, and hand money conflicts, than almost anyone practicing in Pennsylvania.

How Real Estate Mediation Works at Real Estate Mediation Service

Starting your mediation request takes minutes. Here is what happens next.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Fill out our simple online form with the details of your dispute. If you have any questions before you begin, call us and we will walk you through it.

Step 2: We Assign Your Mediator

Once your request is received, we confirm your submission and assign a specialist real estate mediator. You will hear from us promptly.

Step 3: We Prepare Together

Your mediator contacts both parties to schedule the mediation and answer any questions. Both parties to the transaction need to be present for the mediation to take place. You are welcome to bring support too, whether that's a family member, your agent or broker, and/or an attorney.

Step 4: The Mediation

Mediations are held at our Wexford office or remotely via Zoom. Your mediator provides a confidential, neutral, and safe environment where both sides can speak freely, exchange information, and make informed decisions.

Step 5: You Decide What Happens Next

If you reach a resolution we will document it with a Mediation Agreement, which is legally binding. If a resolution is not reached, your legal rights remain intact and you are free to pursue other options.

Most People Who Come to Real Estate Mediation Service Have Never Done This Before

Buyers, sellers, and property owners who found themselves in a dispute they did not plan for. Our mediators have spent decades helping people in your exact position understand their options and move forward.

You do not need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
